ASI has over 1,758,000 cubic feet of storage space, divided up among three
different facilities. All of our facilities are tilt wall concrete, that meet
City of San Antonio Fire Code standards. Fire alarm equipment is tested
quarterly by ADT and all sprinkler hardware is tested and maintained by Mutual
Sprinkler.
- Storage
- Our handling procedures are second to none. All incoming items are scanned
into a receiving position, then confirmed against a customer manifest. Should
there be a discrepancy it is rectified before the items are cleared for
stocking. Once items have been stocked into active shelf locations, they are
confirmed against our active data base for accuracy.
- Retrieval
- We can retrieve at the box or file level. Simply call, fax, or e-mail us
with either the bar code number or ask one of our staff to help with
specialty searches. Our data base can search for customer description, dates
or track activity of status. We can tell you if we recently picked up an
item, if it is pending on an order, or what order it was delivered on an who
requested it.
- Data Entry

We can import from an existing data base. So if you are tracking your
files and boxes internally, we can import your information into our data
base. This aids in streamlining the initial data entry processes. Our data
base is a custom system that is built on an SQL frame with an Access front
in for maximum flexibility.
- Pick Up & Delivery

ASI maintains its own fleet of delivery vehicles. We can provide one hour
delivery services in the downtown area and 2 hour delivery for the rest of
the city.
