Off site storage is an effective way to free up expensive office space. Our pricing is fixed per box versus a mini storage. When one unit is full, and you need space for one more box - you have to commit to a second unit. In addition, mini storages do not limit what can be stored in the unit next door. Your neighbor could be storing flammable items such as aerosols or paint cans. We have heard of cars being stored, therefore, gas and exhaust fumes. 

Or you could be maintaining a large file room that could be used for another office or conference room. The bottom line is that retention of your records is a necessity in todays world. Therefore, shouldn't you look at the most cost effective and secure way to store those records?
