Who We Are

Advanced Services, Inc. (ASI) is a locally owned and managed company providing document storage, retrieval, delivery & destruction services for some of San Antonio's largest companies. Our accounts range in size from 5 boxes to many that have tens of thousands. However, our philosophy is that relationships are more important than account size or revenue dollars. These are both the functions of relationships. The relationships we build with our customers, employees, and vendors. ASI is a family run company that owes its success to its customers and community. Our customers are our friends and neighbors; therefore, we have a deep ceded interest in providing them the best possible service.

To provide the best possible service and to maintain fair and honest relationships with customers, employees and vendors.

Company Profile

We take a long term perspective on how we operate as a business and corporate citizen. We believe in loyalty to our customers, employees and vendors. We try and give back to the community when possible, because a strong community makes for a strong business environment.

One of my favorite stories about our business, and the one that I feel best encapsulates our attitude is, our first warehouse purchase. We had found a location with good freeway access, five minutes from the court house, concrete construction, in general, all the requisites we were looking for. We negotiated a price with the owner, and shook hands on the deal. No other contracts were needed until we went to the title company twelve (12) months later for closing.

We opened our doors 11 years ago on a philosophy of  relationships, and we have been able to maintain that goal throughout those 11 years. A testament to our mission is, many of our customers and employees have been with us since the beginning. We have learned a lot over those 11 years and we are still improving our services and procedures today. Had it not been for the belief that our customers have in us we would not be where we are today.
